Reliance NetConnect does not facilitate minimum expected to its customers, there is no provision to check total usage, unlimited night pack with 10GB slab, such a disgusting experience. they are not willing to cater customer oriented service!!! Shame on poor administration..

Try Reliance Broadnet. I’ve been using it for almost a year now. Have subscribed to a 300kbps unlimited plan. I download an average of more than 1 GB every day, and no caps yet.

10GB/Month WTF. it is sufficient for Gmail users only WTF.

Don’t confused people on definition of Fair and unlimited.

and I don’t think they have made any calculation on consumers usage behavior and they thinking that people are using internet for only for email purposes like them WTF.

And one think Reliance is always strange on it’s business policy’s i.e.tariff from other telecoms companies.

and they want to make money from minimum investment WTF which is not possible because this is internet; it is good if you understand very soon.

About Telecoms authority- no comment because they can’t heard, saw and talk.

and When FttH comes in India, it will be unlimited** RS.10,000/-

This so called ‘fair usage’ policy is unwarranted. Then why should they call it ‘unlimited plan’? They can straightaway say it as a 10GB plan. I think policy(?) is initiated by BSNL.

Not exactly. I agree with you, there should be no such unfair policies once the plan is placed under an “unlimited plan”.

I hope Reliance doesn’t apply this to ADSL based plans as well along with Airtel.

are you saying that charging Rs. 2 per MB is fair on Reliance’s part? And that too after paying Rs. 1100-1750 for 10GB?
