Though we have a download speed of 4MBps, the upload speed is still 512KBps. If we ask "why upload speed is so slow...?", Airtel says that they don't support upload speed. Airtel used to consider only downloads for FUP. Now they started calculating both Download+Upload for FUP. The supreme irony is that Sunil Mittal gives public Gyaan on Internet penetration and how it will help India develop.
